The SOLD it Team with RE/MAX Transitions proudly serves Northeast Ohio, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners navigate real estate with experience, creativity, and a hands on approach. Led by me, Kit Custer, REALTOR®, Team Leader, investor, and business owner, our team is committed to providing the knowledge, resources, communication, and support our clients need from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

I’ve been licensed since 2013, with a real estate background that began even earlier through six years of property management and experience in loan processing beginning at age 19. That foundation gave me valuable experience in financing, contracts, negotiations, property management, and investing. Today, I bring that experience to the SOLD it Team while working alongside professionals with strengths in communication, organization, transaction management, marketing, and client care.

As a team, we help clients buy and sell residential, multifamily, commercial, luxury, land, new construction, and investment properties throughout Northeast Ohio. We work with everyone from first time homebuyers to experienced investors purchasing flips, rentals, multifamily homes, and income producing properties.

Our experience goes beyond traditional real estate. As an active investor with experience in renovations, creative financing, Airbnb, and mid term rentals, I help our clients look at properties from multiple angles. We also have strong connections with lenders, contractors, developers, investors, and other local professionals.

We’re passionate about helping sellers maximize equity, including renovation and pre sale improvement options that may allow updates with payment deferred until closing.
